Abiodun Makes Laycon Youth Ambassador, Gives Him N5m


Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun has announced
Laycon as the Youth Ambassador of the state.

Abiodun, who made the announcement when he played host to Laycon in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, also gave Laycon a three-bedroom bungalow and N5m.

The governor, while congratulating him on his success on the TV show, said, “We are not only  celebrating you, we have decided  to make you Youth Ambassador of Ogun State

 “I want to motivate you and motivate others; we are giving you a three-bedroom bungalow and in addition to that, we will be giving you N5m.

 “It is hoped that you will help inspire our teeming youths to channel their energy towards positive engagements and shun vices such as robbery, drug abuse, cultism, advanced fee fraud, cybercrimes and kidnapping, among other negative tendencies.”

He described Laycon’s conduct in the house as a demonstration of the Omoluabi component, the primary ingredient of an Ogun State-born Nigerian.

He observed that despite all the odds, temptations and provocations, he was able to come out unscathed and uninvolved in any scandal or immoral act.
