BREAKING: Two Nigeria's Electoral Commission Offices Razed In Ebonyi, Fourth @inecnigeria Attack In One Week
Two offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Ebonyi state have been burnt by unknown hoodlums in an apparent arson attack. The incident which occurred on Tuesday night was the fourth of such attack on INEC facility in one week. On Monday, about six vehicles were razed when hoodlums attacked the INEC office in Enugu State. The attack which occurred late on Sunday night was the third on the Commission's facility in the state. Also, on Sunday, May 2, one of its offices in Akwa Ibom State was set ablaze by unknown persons. This was announced by Festus Okoye, INEC's National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee in a statement titled 'INEC Local Government Are Office In Akwa Ibom State Set Ablaze'.
